Who I Am: Who I Am: Hey there, Frugal Foodies! I'm Chelsea Ehrke. I grew up in Seattle, studied Political Science at UCLA, and got engaged to my college sweetheart before finally settling down in sunny San Diego. It didn't take long for me to realize that I was relatively clueless about cooking, money management, and a number of other things required for domestic bliss. Apparently, Top Ramen is no longer considered an acceptable breakfast once you leave the dorms. So I set out to break myself of the Easy Mac habit and started blogging about my cooking and other domestic adventures on my blog, Someday I'll Learn.

My Goal: My Goal: I get truly excited about easy-to-make recipes and budget-friendly meals, and I love sharing my learning experiences with other people! I'm willing to try anything once (or twice, or however many times it takes me to get it right). Mistakes are just as important as triumphs, and I share every success and failure so that other people can learn right along with me.
