This past summer I posted about the fabulous time I had with my girl and her friend at Belmont Park! A day of fun at Belmont Park is so perfect for locals and tourists of all ages, but for my family it is ideal now that the kids are at the age when they can appreciate all the “big kid’ rides. I hope I win to take my kids (my foster and adoptive kids). They have never been there and the last time I’ve been there was about 10 years ago. The roller coaster was sadly not in service at the time, however, my kids enjoyed playing glow in the dark putt putt. I’m a big fan of skee ball, stemming from my childhood days vacationing at the Jersey shore. I’d probably keep all arcade tokens to myself.

My favorite memory is when I sold enough magazines in middle school that I qualified for a special belmont park day. We got out of school, rode in a limo, ate pizza and rode on the roller coaster before going back to school in the limo. So much fun! Such good memories!!
