Free Haircuts for Kids at J.C. Penny are Back!
Remember that back-to-school promotion for free haircuts at J.C. Penny? Well, 1.6 million heads of hair were snipped away this past August, and the retail giant J.C. Penney (JCP) has decided to make the popular “free haircuts” deal permanent.
Starting Nov. 4 the company is offering cuts to kids in grades kindergarten through sixth on Sundays at its salons, with hopes that you will shop their “everyday low prices” there and continue to visit throughout the year.
J.C. Penney has more than 900 full-service salons across the country, in a majority of its 1,100 stores in the U.S.
