"I work a LOT by memory, and that is surely not the best tool to depend on!"

This was me too until I finally got to the point where I just could NOT remember it ALL. There's just no way with 2 at-home jobs, 6 kids, and all kinds of kids' and family activities going on.

One thing I stopped feeling guilty about is not getting everything done. Ever since I heard/read that there IS enough time in the day to do the MOST important things, I focused on making sure I decided what was important and put them at the top of an actual LIST I would have with me all the time (it's just a note on my phone).

But it helps so much. I try to think about "tomorrow" the day before and jot down what needs to be done. I usually check back over it at night or the next morning to arrange everything. That way, once my day gets going, I don't have to stress about remembering everything, I just check my list and go from there.
