Fine-Free Friday Program at San Diego County Libraries

Have you heard about the fine-free program at San Diego County libraries? “Fine-Free Friday” is a day that encourages customers to take back overdue items without penalty. Library-goers can have overdue library materials fines waived if the items are returned on the last Friday of the month following the item’s due date.
